Tooties Guarantee

Tooties last forever so don't worry about ordering too many. They are great fun to give at any time. Damaged, dirty or worn Tooties are replaced for free. Tooties Equipment is very durable.

As you know our guarantee of free replacement contains none of the unreasonable limits of other manufacturers such as an original copy of your receipt, proof of purchase and time limits, etc. The purpose of this marvelous guarantee is to encourage you to use your Tooties as much as possible and not be worried that they will be damaged.

Hopefully you buy lots of Tooties since you know they are guaranteed forever. The secret of Tooties is quantity. Homes with small children should have at least 500 to 3,000 Tooties if you want the best development for your child. Schools should have about 5,000 distributed among the classrooms with the lower grades getting most. For special projects they can all be brought together at once for fantastic learning opportunities.

Optometric and other therapy offices should have at least 300 and possibly 800 for the best results. Just to build one igloo takes about 150 Tooties and Tootie roads across the room take three Tooties per foot of room size & not much happens when the child gets to built only one road so be sure to have lots of Tooties and an assortment of types so child can learn to sort them by weight, texture and color, etc.

We accept any Tooties for replacement, even new ones of a color or type you don't prefer. We would appreciate a reason for your request and hopefully you won't use the term defective as that is very rare after 38 years of manufacturing Tooties.

When a hole or tear appears in a Tootie it is often a puncture such as when throwing against a Tootie Toss open "S" hook holding the springs. All "S" hooks should be bent closed at both ends as per the instructions and for the safety of the children. Please check yours and bend closed with pliers.

Be sure to return as much of the Tootie Crystals as possible and put each Tootie in a sealed plastic bag so the crystals don't get mixed. We examine the crystals under a microscope so we can determine how much the Tooties were used and when they were manufactured. We also check to see if the damage is to the woof or warp threads as well as the seams.
